- We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
- Due to the perishable nature of mangoes, we do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges.
- If you receive damaged (pressed, squeezed, or crushed) mangoes, or experience significant delivery delays, contact us at contact@gkenterprisess.com with photo or video proof.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 4-7 working days after mutual agreement.

6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled on the same day before dispatch.
- Once the mangoes are prepared for shipment, cancellations will not be entertained.

- In case of force majeure events (natural calamities, transport strikes, accidents, or other unforeseen situations), we are not liable for delays or non-delivery.
