Refund and Return Policy for Mango
Order Cancellation
Orders placed through our website can be canceled from your user account on the same day before dispatch. Once the mangoes are ready for delivery, cancellations, returns, or refunds will not be possible.
Delivery Time
Mangoes will be delivered within 3-7 days, depending on the estimated delivery schedule with our logistics partner. If there is a delay or any delivery failure, G K Enterprises will coordinate with the logistics partner and inform you of any updates.
Refund Policy
To process a refund, please provide necessary evidence, such as images or videos of the damaged product. Once the issue is verified and mutually agreed upon, we will initiate a refund.
- The refund will be processed using the original payment method.
- The amount will be credited within 4-7 working days after mutual agreement.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to reflect.
- Get in touch with your bank, as processing times may vary.

Replacement, Exchange & Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of Alphonso mangoes, we do not offer replacements, exchanges, or returns. However, we are committed to delivering high-quality mangoes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Since mangoes are naturally grown and affected by unpredictable weather conditions, we cannot guarantee uniformity in ripeness, size, or taste. We also cannot be held responsible for delays caused by accidents, natural calamities, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
